I did it - I made the update page my HOME page. Now I just click the little blue e, and I can update. I'm so addicted.

gaffmanCorch got a livejournal! Woo hoo! He is a super great boy. I'm glad he already has an awesome girlfriend, because there are enough people on the "Good boys that need girls" list.

I just got back from my first OU aerobics session. I managed to be #93 to sign up and only had to pay $40 for the whole semester (instead of $60). I went for the 5:35 class tonight, and it was great fun. The instructor showed the moves at three different levels. I did mostly level one, but near the end I made myself do some level two and really sweat. When it came time to check heartbeats, I was right on the top of what my good range was (if you're 20-24 years old, the chart said 20-28 beats in however long it was we checked, and I had 28). There was a little bit of muscle work at the end, biceps and triceps and abs; you get these little carpet mats and a pair of weights (I used 3lbs, all the others had at least 5 but I'm glad I did the 3s!) from a side room.

Anyway, I had a great time. I will be happy to go back. It wasn't clique-y or anything. Just a lot of fun and work. :)

So now it's time to shower, and maybe then goldbug will be home and we'll go to walmart.

wee aerobics are fun! we did it once for PT back in my army days... and i was all buff, so i did level 3, and i never sweat more in my life. it was so great. keep up with it, you'll love it.

i miss being strong. sigh.

I love it. I get to move and sweat and be loud and ... wait, that sounds like sex. Haha. But there's no one that's shouting out instructions during sex... or is there?

shouting out? maybe not... but haven't you ever said "a little to the left" or "harder" or "hold still, i'll do this" or anything? those are instructions.

Yes, I have said instructions, but not shouted them out, which was the point of my comment ;) Aerobics instructors SHOUT. And they try and be all peppy.

"Alright, a little to the left! That's good! Do you feel it? Okay, now if you're at level one, stay here, level twos, bend your legs like this..."
