Neither here nor Universal Hub reports any moving vans crashing into the Longfellow. Did we really get off scot-free this year?

Yeah, but Sept 1, the biggest moving day, has passed. Just because I was surprised we haven't had any yet doesn't mean I don't expect more over the weekend. :)
