I would definitely consider replacing the carpet. And if you are moving in Feb 1st than it could definitely be done.. I am looking for a year lease.. I also wanted to let you know the last person I showed it to wants to rent the apartment but... I really liked you.. I got a good vibe and think you would be a great tenant.. So I am waiting to hear from you before I make any decisions..
