Mmm, strawberries. Wonderful plan! Are they already out?

In full force. They are "June-bearing", which turns out to be a really accurate descriptor in the case of our garden. But this also means that they will be drying up by the beginning of July, so act now, while supplies last :-)

Hmm. I'm pondering just saying, "I'll be over tomorrow!" but that interferes with my newly-hatched plan to buy a kiddie pool and sunbathe in my front yard. But Sunday is supposed to be rainy, so I wouldn't want to have to be out picking strawberries in the rain. Whatever shall I do? (Answer: call or text you tomorrow, probably.)

Voice works better; I get charged for text. And not before 10 AM, please :-)

It should also be noted that you are welcome to come and hang out even if it is raining. Strawberry-picking may not happen, but there's always conversation and/or DVDs to fall back on.

I have a kiddie pool in my room, but only because I have an incontinent air conditioner...

Charged for texts, when you have a Treo? That is so odd to me!

(Don't worry, I don't exist before 10am either.)

And I know I am welcome to hang out even in the rain, but strawberry picking is a fun activity that I would like to also work into our social time. :)

I use my Treo primarily as a phone, an ebook reader, and a calendar organizer. I chose a plan with very few data-transfer bells+whistles.

I use my Treo for phone, text messaging, some web surfing, mp3 player, Google Maps, and MBTA schedules. ;)

Speaking of the last - on the way home, I realized that tomorrow is Pride, and therefore traveling in any method through Boston to get to the other side of town is a Bad Idea. I think I shall declare tomorrow to NOT be the day I will come over.

Well, poo.

On the other hand, I gather that there's some Red Line bussing wackiness as well this weekend, and I wouldn't want you to get caught up in that.

Yeah, they're still trying to fix the tracks on the Longfellow. That bridge has too many problems (what with trucks slamming into it and all.)
