1 hard boiled egg white
2 cups skim milk
~8 cantaloupe cubes
1 1/2 pear in (what seemed to be light) syrup
1 Weight Watchers bagel (not a Core food; 2 points value)
Lunch:
salad [mixed dark greens, grape tomatoes, shredded carrots, sliced red onion, sliced mushrooms, canned tuna, and fat-free italian dressing]
1/3 cup garbanzo beans
1 largish Fuji apple
1 largish kiwifruit
Dinner:
couscous cooked with olive oil
shoepeg white corn
~6oz STEAK (cooked on Foreman grill)
