Okay, qualification: Normally I attend WW meetings after work on Tuesdays, after having both breakfast and lunch that day. Although I still went on a Tuesday, all I had eaten before the meeting today was a granola bar. Heh. So the loss is a little inflated... But still!
Weight loss this week: 4.2 pounds, for total weight loss = 12.4 pounds! I made my 10 pound goal!
