I am soooo behind. On LJ, email, everything. Give me some time to catch up, 'k?

That being said, I went to a few hours of bellydance with Amira Jamal tonight and loved it. I wrote her out a phat check so that I could keep coming. The bad news being the location is across the street from a Thai restaurant and down the street from a Taco Bell. I don't think this class will make me any thinner. ;)

She's got a class recital on May 14. How about I not punt this one, eh?

I didn't think that you were supposed to try and drop weight when you dance, I tried a few classes a 3 years ago with a friend and they didn't seem to like me because I didn't have the "body" for it - granted now I have a tummy and hips etc so they probably would be a little more accepting but the woman that was teaching it out here always said the best dancers have a tummy and aren't all skin and bones, is that true or was I just so horrid she wanted me out? :)

You're talking about something else... I want to lose weight, but I'll never lose my breasts and hips (and londo is so glad!) My goal isn't to become skin and bones, just to become fit. :)
