Not a bad one, if I do say so myself. :)

This is the new bellydance unitard I was talking about. This caused [livejournal.com profile] londo to put down his book and say, "You should come over here RIGHT NOW." (He was across the room.) Heehee. In the back view my bra straps are showing, but hopefully that's not where you're looking.

So like, this guy in the IRC chat room I frequent just up and bought this for me. Dude. I swear I didn't camwhore or anything! I was just talking about how I wanted it, but the shipping was too high. Sweet.

The Ruffles scarf I made for my cousin as a late Christmas gift. I'm proud of it. Thanks to [livejournal.com profile] galaneia for helping me with the pattern! :D

Pixel wanted to go with me on my Christmas vacation :)

Pixel sleeping atop Matrix in the cardboard box under my sewing table. :)

Pixel bathes Matrix while they lie in the cardboard box under my sewing table. Awww!

I created a nice case for my bass guitar so that I could put it on the plane to take to . It still wasn't allowed, though. :( But check it out! Covered in fleece, packed with fluff!

I love taking cloud pictures from airplanes.

Yum. Also, polarize to kill glare (http://www.sciplus.com/singleItem.cfm?terms=2610) and you'll get better planepics. (I'm assuming you're not using something that takes real filters; if so, feel free to spend $40 or $200 instead...)

Nope, using an inexpensive and old digital camera. I'm fairly non-knowledgable about photography...

Nice picture. Much better than mine. I'll scan mine in just for you. heh
Your two kitties are so adorable. :)

Then I recommend the hell out of getting a cheap piece of polarizing plastic and holding it in front of your lens to see what you get. Polarization is nifty.

Bra straps? what bra straps? I didn't see any bra straps.

SUCH a cute kitty!

And you look smashing in the unitard... which was the first thing that sprang to mind, but cute kittens momentarily drove it out of my head.

and I'm jealous, I just saw that tee shirt on the web today and said "wow, I think I wanna get that!"

That unitard is way hot, and that t-shirt is way cool.

as any photocgrapher will tell you, a white or light color is hte one that instantly attracts the eye. so yeah the bra strap sucks :)

how much pixel looks like edison is a bit scary :)
sadly edison has reached a level of obesity that seems to elude pixel.
i would post the picture i took of him today as he sprawled out in the middle of the room like some sort of beached whale, but i dont really know how to do that without emailing it to amanda and having her host it.

Dayum, girl - looking show-stopping in that unitard. Londo is a man with good taste, and a fortunate one at that...

By the way, if I had guts, I'd post my Florida driver's license pic - it's about the most terrible pic I've ever had taken of me. Worst of all my IDs ever.

Speaking of pics, I should e-mail you pics of our cats Smith and Jones and out dog Bogart. Friggin' adorable. If you want to bother...

Thanks for the compliments. :)

Post the ID pic only if you have a better picture of yourself to go along with it... just so you don't have to rely on the bad one as your only view in some people's minds. ;)

Pet pics are always a good thing. Well, to me. :)

...dude, I use smilies too much.

You can also email it to me and I'll host it. :)

Yeah, I've found that there's a lot of cats with similar coloring that I will see on TV or whatnot and go, "Squeee! It's Pixel!" Matrix is not the same way.

There were several stray cats that looked like Matrix, living in the street across from our first Japanese apartment.

I'd post mine for you but I don't have it yet - just had to get a new one for my birthday - yay - I love spending 102 bucks on my birthday just so I don't have to spend 300 in a fine in addition to the 102 to get my new license and registration. Blech!

Ew, I thought it was bad spending $90 on my license... oh but wait, I didn't have to get registration. No car is sometimes good. :)

Heh license was only 18 for 5 years. Registration is 84 each year.
It used to be valid until the end of the month your birthday was in, but now its expired ON your birthday - so you have to have it done by then or you get a nice 300.00 fine.

That's really unfortunate. Your birthday isn't a day you want to go wait in line at the DMV. :P

Might have to pester you for the pattern for that scarf. I tried to explain it to my mom (the knitting Goddess of my world) and she simply looked at me and said. "Get me that pattern, my child."

Yes my Goddess!

awwww I miss the kitters!!
I wanna love on em!
Isn't it funny how you said you rarely see a cat that looks like matrix at all,but my kitty does! :)
Pixel is like, the softest cat ever-but she was freaked out when we had her,I barely got to touch her :-/

on 5 Feb 2005 18:33 (UTC)
Posted by [identity profile] juldea.livejournal.com
Yeah, poor baby. I'm glad she got over that relatively quickly.

But if she hadn't have been freaked out, we wouldn't have had the cuteness of finding her in the box springs! ;)
