I made, like, the best green curry ever. My mouth is melting. londo is going to have to eat it with a LOT of rice and maybe some milk, too. ;)

I obviously rock the house.

I hope that kobold and his woman come home, since I told them they could have some, too. I made a LOT.

i had leftovers tonite. they were good leftovers, but let's face it. unless it's chilli or stew or stuffed peppers or cabbage leaves, leftovers are leftovers.

The lack of nuts in the curry was obvious, as they would've been really helpful for thickening. I had chicken, mushrooms, carrot, green pepper, onion, zucchini, peas, and fresh basil. mmm :)

I'm a thai food junkie... and luckily I made enough curry to last for probably another two more meals, after having some again last night! Muah.
