You could get a job in a map library, cataloguing them and stuff...
I saw an interesting book at the store the other day: African History through Maps--but it should have been called History of European perceptions of Africa through maps, cause most of the maps were by European explorers, but the concept of telling a nation's, culture's, stories by the way they and others marked the land is neat. Blah, blah, blah...
Or maybe there are companies who need people to do usability studies of maps. I know the bus people here could use some input...
Nod, something I could totally do is work out bus routes or something. Unfortunately, transit programs don't really need someone to do that more than once every long while...
