Ever had one? THEY ARE SO GOOD. My Latin teacher used to treat us kids to some at the end of the school year. You can also find Baci out on Newbury St. and other chocolate/candy stores in the city.

I suggest that you go to your local pharmacy and buy an IsoFlex ball for your wrist. It sometimes hurts when you start using it, but it's the first thing we use when we feel the twinge before a repetitive stress injury in one of our wrists. Vogon credits using one with relieving a carpal tunnel flareup that nearly kept him from working.

I think I've seen squeezy balls with "IsoFlex" on them but I don't use them much--when I was suffering, the squeezing was exacerbating the problem. I keep a 1# armband in my cube and do some simple exercises with it from time to time, especially when I don't get to doing my full run.

FUCK YES! I lived in Peruguia for two weeks this summer. I stuffed myself on them while there and managed to smuggle quite a few home. Mmmmmmmm. Baci.
