Rachel probably shouldn't ever get a job at Saxon (as if that were possible). We get invaded by crickets whenever there is a storm. They are fairly everywhere. =P

I got an 89 on my History of Science exam, but the professor said, "Don't worry about that one point." I also feel very good about my physical math exam that happened today. :)

I am so old-school. I brought Dragonlance to work to read. ;)

Dragonlance? Wow. It must be fantasy month or something. I played a game of D&D the other day and now I want to start playing again.

I've never played D&D or Magic or anything like that in my life, but it sounds cool. But speaking of fantasy...I finished The Gunslinger yesterday, so you can have it back. It was awesome!

Everyone should roleplay at least once. It's fun. As for Magic: The Gathering (or Crack: The Addiction as I like to call it) I'm not overly fond of it but others are so you never know.

ick, my physical plant office was totally overrun with crickets all summer long. it was the most disgusting thing, EVER. there were so many of them in the bathroom that i felt compelled to go to the union and use *that* bathroom. it happens all over norman, i guess. my sister was commenting just a week or so ago about how many crickets there are there. it's one thing i don't miss. :)

But crickets are good luck!

i've had to convince myself that i live by different luck-rules than everybody else. otherwise, the number of times that black cats cross my path per day would worry me into a coma.

MtG rocks - if you haven't played it, Julia, it is a game considered by MENSA to be more challenging than chess.. I stopped playing years ago but I think it is great fun.
Corch is reading Dragonlance at the moment too:)

Hey watch who you're replying to, I said nothing about MtG ;) It was Brian who says he's never played it ;)

Heh - I just thought since you seem to be interested in lateral thinking and things that challenged the mind I would give you an alternative view:) I should have posted it as a new comment though.. I only just worked out the other day the differences between posting a new comment and replying to an existing one..d'oh:)

Roleplaying for those who don't want to be bothered by those pesky rule books and staying in character.
