on turning 24

juldeaWell, today had some good times and some bad times, and while the good times were good the bad times sucked ass.

londo, but not as much as I would've liked. This was mostly the fault of two of the brokers at work who needed my help finishing a big project but didn't tell me so until about 5:15, meaning I had to stay late at work to help them finish when I could've been working on it earlier, meaning I got home late (home, where londo was, waiting for me, and counting down the minutes until he had to leave for work).
The work stuff was a lot of stress and I could've whipped out the "it's my birthday and my boyfriend is at home waiting for me, please don't let me stay late" excuse, but I hatehatehate feeling like I'm not holding up my end of a responsibility (and the kind of thing they needed help with was my responsibility, they just got it to me late).
Afterlondo left for work I got back into bed and slept for 3 hours, and now I'm awake but pondering going back to sleep so's I can wake up early and work on the extremely important things I have to have done before Friday.
I just know I'm going to end up shorting myself on time this week, missing a bunch of sleep, not being able to hang out (irl or online) with friends, and ruining my mood for this weekend (Intercon).
Bleh.
