I'm pathetic

I just finished doing a load of handwashables in the bathtub. Pixel (one of the cats) was very interested in exploring what I was doing, but I held her away while I was working. When everything was finally hung up to drip dry, I turned to her and said, "You are free to move about the cabin."

i laughed out loud on that one. last weekend, when i was flying, i would watch the flight attendant doing the opening safety schpeal, and try to picture you doing it, but i couldn't. promise me you won't poke people when they're sleeping. they did that me, and it was very unpleasant.

Eek, no poking. I know that when I'm asleep on the plane I will want to stay asleep, and if not, I will tell the person in the seat next to me (or the FA, if I have no seatmate) to wake me when the food comes.
