I spent two hours this evening waxing my right leg. Yes folks, just the right one. I'll do the left one tomorrow. I don't want to stay up for two more hours contorting my body in the necessary ways. Much less the mess.

Stupid me getting a job where this'll be important...

It doesn't take that long when done professionally, but when done on one's own, it takes a damn long time. You men just don't understand. ;)

I've been told by many that although it's more expensive a professional job is 1000 times quicker and less painful than doing it yourself. I've never had it done professionally or without the aid of numbing drugs so it's just a thought.

Oh yes, I know about how much quicker it is, I've had my legs done professionally several times. I just don't have the money right now and it's 10x cheaper to do it myself.

I don't think it hurts any less, though. I've never had to use any drugs.

You know, I just thought about this while in the shower (shaving my legs of course) although it's expensive, laser hair removal. I am going to get that some day. I have no idea of the cost but it's a good alternative to never having to shave again. Yes, there are risks, but if you research and find a reputable place... Anyway, just a thought.
