Because after you're 21, you can't really authentically call another birthday 'happy'. However, feel glad to know you're a pretty hep cat, pretty mama.

Ahh, but I'm calling my celebration tonight the "21st birthday party I never had"... so perhaps I can be happy, at least for one night!
