This past Friday, over a hundred US veterans and their civilian supporters chained themselves to the White House fence during a snowstorm to protest the US wars in Afghanistan and elsewhere around the world. Saying again: this was organized by Veterans for Peace. Veterans...that means something, right? Included were former CIA analyst Ray McGovern and Daniel Ellsberg, the guy responsible for leaking the Pentagon Papers during the Nixon administration.
The few articles that exist online from major news sources completely omit any mention of it being a veterans group. They're just "anti-war protesters."
Oh, and that doesn't count the number of "news" organizations that just aren't covering it.
