Once again, the day is opened up to various possibilities. For over 7 hours, my time is unscheduled. I leave this computer lab at 2:30, and must arrive at Papa John's at midnight.

So many solo activities... watching the next installment of Cowboy Bebop, starting my new sewing project, reading a book, doing laundry, homework. Yet, while I can, I would like to interact with my social group.

The idea of cutting my hair is slowly consuming me. What was a "in a few months" idea has become a possibility in the next week, or few weeks. I just have to find a style...

I recommend watching Cowboy Bebop with some friends. Thus fulfilling two of the things you wanted to do. If one of them can cut your hair while you do homework and sew, then you're in business.

Hehe but I'm well into the series, and not everyone else is.

And the very tricky thing about this certain haircut is that it will probably have to be done by a stylist that costs money. I will be very picky about it.

elise looked through all her magazines (almost entirely Vogue) and ripped out pictures of haircuts she liked. she then took these to a (my) hairdresser, and said "I like these haircuts" and the hairdresser cut her hair in a way that considered the styles she wanted and things her hair could and could not do.

this is a good idea because it will give the person cutting your hair a concrete idea of what you want, but be sure that your hairdresser doesn't try to give you a cut that won't work with your hair.

I have lots of assorted magazines, although chase ran off with a few old vogues at one point. Let me know, and I will hook you up. :-)
