another apartment

Davis. Studio with carpet and high ceilings and ceiling fans, and all utilities included. $850.
I should obviously stop looking for apartments until I'm actually ready to move. All of these places want me moving, if not now, at the end of the month. Somehow I'm not seeing that happening. But such great deals to slip through my fingers... (And no, I cannot afford double rent at any point. I'm going to be pushing back my GOODB430 plan a few months just to move into a new place, given first/last/security/fee. Bah.)
