Day Watch review

Evil Dead : Evil Dead 2 :: Night Watch : Day Watch

The movie took itself less seriously. There were more laughing opportunities. The plot was weak, but it was fun and entertaining. AND, appendages were removed because of their connection to evil.

Night Watch I recommend. Day Watch, only if you liked Night Watch's style or just want some fun.

zomg dragon shawl pattern

I finally found a shawl knitting pattern that is geeky enough that I think that I'd actually wear it if I were to make it! I really want to take a shot at lacework, and challenging lacework at that, but I've not been able to find patterns that look like something I'd actually wear. For a shawl to be something for me, it's got to have a certain geeky flair... like this one!

Of course, my knitting list is still horrendously long, and I'll probably not get to that for another five years... sigh...
