Heh. Co-worker just gave me a scarf for Christmas. This makes five. >_< But I'm giving one to [livejournal.com profile] londo... The new scarf looks like this, but bright electric blue: http://revolutionyarn.com/Scarffur5.jpg . It looks like a skinned Grover. ;)

I managed to forget until YESTERDAY that I am leaving town TODAY, so I stayed up until 2:30am last night packing and such. Then I slept 'til 6:30 - thankfully I showered last night and therefore got to sleep that extra hour.

Part of staying up late was sewing a bag for my bass. Yeah. Well, I realized I wanted to take it with me to OKC to sell it to [livejournal.com profile] flyingindie, but it didn't fit into any of my suitcases and I didn't have a case for it. So I took some of my nice green fleece and sewed an oversized bag for it, and then STUFFED it with leftover polyfill. Now I have a large stuffed guitar in my room. It's quite impressive, actually. I hope it'll be allowed on the plane - it does look like some kind of drug-smuggling attempt. So yeah, I stayed up late in return for $100 or $125 or whatever we agreed on. Worth it, I think, since I get to sleep on the bus tonight/plane tomorrow.
...except I shouldn't sleep, I should knit.
Roar!

So, hyped up on caffeine at the moment... will possibly post later. I feel like there's more I wanted to say, but I have forgotten it...

[livejournal.com profile] londo and I have a room.

EDIT: We have a room with a queen-sized bed and floor/cot space, for a total of $200 for two nights. Does anyone need floor space, or likes him and me enough to share the bed, to save a few bucks?

This is pure comic gold.

It's been too long since I saw Fark photoshops.
