effectiveness at work

...it kind of amazes me how effective I've become at doing some things. I made an order for some forks and plates for our office back in early Sept, and I noticed today we had not received them. I looked up the order, found the billing information, found the information entered by the receiving department (it was noted as received, but there was no record of the truck ever showing up!), went into the Accounts Payable network and found the copy of the invoice, called the company, was able to rattle off our customer number, the purchase order number, the invoice number...

Not that it's anything big and thought-intensive. Just that using these particular tools is now second-nature.

I'm awaiting a call back as to the status of that order.
