too ghetto for me

I didn't get everything I had on the list done yesterday afternoon. I did eat pad thai, return Karen's CDs, call the dentist and the vet and set up appointments, go to the bank, take Chase's quiche to him, and nap. Napping took up most of that, a good 2 hours. I need more naps.

Saxon can't do any type of leave of absence over the summer, so when I get back I'll just have to see what's up. Maybe I'll go back to working for PJ's. And just work that job, or that and the lab, while going to school. I won't have car payments anymore... *bounce*

Speaking of my car, it hit 70k miles sometime this week. Woo for me.

I finally went to PostNet and asked them about my package to Japan. They took down the confirmation number I had received, and the order number, and said they'd start a trace on the package and call me back in a few days. Hopefully that finds it. Some of the items inside might not be as useful now as they were 2 months ago! ;)

I also mailed my first ever half.com sale. I sold one of my textbooks from fall for $5, more than the bookstore would give me for it. I spent $2.08 on shipping stuff. I just checked the webpage, and I will get $6.03 for the whole sale after everything. That doesn't bother me one bit.

Goldbug took some cute pictures of Pixel and me. As soon as I call IT -again- and complain that my ftp login doesn't work, I'll put them up.
