ARRRGGH.

Wow, it's just been a horribly shitty day so far.

Last week, Ty and I agreed that since I had finals this afternoon (1:30-3:30 and 4:30-6:30), he would come in after noon and take over the help line for his last day, and I would come in the morning. I told everyone at Saxon who asked that he would be here in the afternoon if they wanted to come by and say goodbye. On Friday afternoon, I left a new voicemail message for the helpline saying the hours were now 11-5. So I walk in this morning a little after 10, and Ty's sister is here saying, "Oh, I didn't think you'd be here today." Turns out Ty showed up at 9... Which is not a bad thing in and of itself, except for the fact that he WILL NOT stay late (because he's a fucking slacker) and therefore there will be a lot of messages left in the afternoon today when we're SUPPOSED to be open and when he's SUPPOSED to be here. So tomorrow morning I'm going to have many many calls to return left by people who believe that they should have had their calls taken before 5 yesterday. *sigh*

If he could have just done what we agreed upon, MULTIPLE TIMES, I would be in a much better mood.

And of course I get in here and take a call by the infamous Diana Coher, who is this mother trying to teach herself Advanced Math who has no memory retention skills at all. She's a wonderful lady, but she just canNOT learn math. There are times when I want to hang up on her rather than hear another confused nonsensical sentence. Sometimes I just want to cry when she asks for help on a problem that I basically walked her through 5 minutes earlier.

Well, Ty left for lunch and calls are coming in, so I have to go now. Soon I'll leave for my finals and probably not make the day any better. BBL.

Well it's later in the day, two of my finals are finished, and I'm feeling better. Plus I have a zoo invitation from Courtney! :) As long as she works on a weekend I'll be able to take her up on that offer...

The computer science final was interesting... I had it down about halfway through, and the second half was completely pulled out of my ass. I made up a few methods to fit what I was writing. But hey, I could have created those methods for the exam if she wanted them, so how can it truly be wrong? ;) Besides, that class is full of clueless people and the exams get curved so I doubt I'm in trouble.

The philosophy final was about the same, except I didn't have to pull anything out of anywhere :) The prof took my note on the last exam that I prefer the "answer 2 out of these 3 essay questions" and made this exam accordingly. There was 1 question we HAD to answer and then two sections of "pick one of these two". I really did well. Yay happy day! *bounce*

Other than that, my socks are STILL drenched from walking to class in the rain, so I'm going to go now and take them off and hang them somewhere to dry (or put them on Pixel's head).

And for those who have asked, yes -I- thought it was rather definite that Jason could come here for the summer, but there are more opinions involved in the decision than just his and mine. Talk to him for more than that. =P

Monday Night

Sitting on the mud right now... I want to go and try out this quest but it has a high fighting rating and I don't have very good equipment on. It's also reboot, so my chances of getting good eq are rather close to ZERO. So I guess I have to sit and wait, *sigh*.

Did have a good little run with Jason, got some good weapons and armour but not a full set of stuff. Trying to keep this from boring the non-mud people :)

I've got 5 pages of stuff due in political science on Friday, and I haven't started yet... Anyone want to be motivation? :) I guess I need to get ahold of my brother Travis, the poli sci major in the family... He is good help.

I gave Goldbug my extra 4MB memory card, since she recently bought a digital camera JUST like mine, and I have a 64MB card and will never need that extra 4MB. She will use it to send me pictures of New Zealand. She leaves in only a week!!! :(

Got my independent study form today, just have to wait until I have the money to actually enroll. Daaaadddddyyyyy....

Ack just reminded myself that my cell phone has been on silent since my 4:30 final... and I've missed a call from my mother! Gotta go call her now...
