juldea: (sleepy)

Another nice phone call from Randen this morning. :) Either we've just been lucky that these phone calls happen at the right time in my sleep cycles, or the phone calls themselves work. I woke up and was pretty darned awake and talked to Randen for about 15 minutes. He's feeling ill, and that's sad. :(

I stopped by Pratt's on my way to work for some juice, since I was all out here. I was pleasantly surprised at their variety of neat juices! So many to choose from. And so many were 100% juice andor organic. I ended up buying, because it looked really interesting, Mountain Sun Organic 'Nutraceutical' cranberry St. John's Wort juice. It tastes almost like tea. It's a good idea, too.

Speaking of good ideas, I'm slowly converting the office at Saxon into a bedroom. ;) Yesterday I brought my fuzzy purple flannel blanket in, and today it was my star-print throw pillow. Now I can be warm, and lie my head down on something soft. But only when the phone isn't ringing. ;)

I indeed didn't know that. But I don't take oral contraceptives, no worries.

Also, it can make some people edgy and angry.
Wierd side effect in some of the people who take it.(I read about it when a friend suggested that was maybe why I was feeling angry and edgy all the time, one summer, when I'd gone off effexor and started on St. John's Wart.)
I think you have to be taking it regularly for awhile for that to show up, though.

Hmm. now that you mention it, it wasn't Efexxor, it was Zoloft that I'd gone off of.
