ink stains

Although those shorts are ruined, I had another ink problem (this time with blue ink) on a pair of capris that I wear to work. I really like these pants (generally I don't like capris, but these are neat) and don't want to ruin them like I did the others. However, it seems rather impossible, since I ruined a pair of shorts with ONE ink stain, and these capris have about 5 ink stains - one heavy one that smudged all around the pants.
the main stain:

off to the side of that one:

on the other side of the pants:

What do I do? If I take them to a dry cleaner's can they remove stains like this? Should I just take them to someone's mom? (heh)
