Jason and I slept until noon today, and still didn't get out of bed until almost 1. And that is content that is readable by anyone - it was pure fulled-clothed (in pajamas) snuggle-cuddling. WOO!

After a breakfast ofr granola without raisins (Rachel knows the kind! the best cereal ever!) and a slice of vegetarian pizza (an impromptu pizza-lunch was planned by Adriana, her aide Jill, and Jill's adorable son Hakim, so Jason skipped on the cereal and we went along), and some more putzing around at home, we walked quite a ways down to see my new apartment building (moving on Friday). Then we caught the T (that's the subway) down to Boston Common. I saw exactly what I wanted - a tourist guide shop - and finally found a nice street map. The only problem is it doesn't list the T stops on the map, but I can put those in on my own. So hooray! The rest of the visit was spent walking around and sitting in Boston Common, which was just beautiful. We made plans to come back with a picnic. :)

Then he went home on the red line (once again, subway stuff) and I went to the gym (via the green line), watched a bit of the movie 28 Days while working out, came home, and now I'm here. And starving.

Oh, on the T on the way to the Common, these two guys standing near us (we got seats luckily) pulled out bottles of beer, opened them, and started surruptitiously drinking. I asked Jason, and yes that's illegal. I think they were already drunk anyway, they were very loud and swore a lot... Well, at least they didn't start smoking, although one of them was holding a pack of cigarettes. I tried to not look at them too much.

It's food time.
