Blastoff! We have Tofurkey!
It's in the oven, covered in an orangey-brown sugar baste, with lots of onions, carrots, and potatoes. In fact, I made too much of the onions, carrots, and potatoes, and I have a tupperware container of the extras in my fridge.
My eyes still burn from the onions.
Now, it's waiting time. Two hours! Sheesh.
