Thank you to zigdon for being the first second* person to ever actually buy something for me off of my Amazon wishlist! (My sister was inspired by the wishlist for Christmas, but bought local. I support this wholeheartedly.) Now I have a real live legal and paid-money-for-to-support-production-of copy of the Firefly DVD series. Yay geekdom!

And thank you to Mystery Man bkdelong for being the second person, and for going the hardcore route of gifting me the expensive thing on there - the Brazil Criterion Collection 3-disc box set. It contains the rare "happy ending" version!!

Now to find some free time to actually watch my new media... can I put that on my wishlist somehow?

* Bad, bad me - alexx_kay was of course the first to buy for me off the wishlist, with the USB-powered blanket that I was in fact using yesterday to keep warm in my frigid icebox office. :P
