So, my last post, wherein I said I had internet access? That situation was only stable for about two hours. Then my computer began to blue-screen, and each time rebooting, would not actually load unless I removed the USB dongle I was using for wireless access. On the third or so incarnation of this, plugging the dongle back in didn't even get me a connection anymore. So I haven't actually had access for the past five days.
But now I can honestly and truly say I DO have access again! A trip to Microcenter netted me a new wireless adapter, and I have let it do its thing for 24 hours now with no crashing, so I'm going to call it a win and allow myself to settle down and browse and enjoy yon internets.
That said, the amount of LJ I need to catch up on is quite frightening. Seriously - utilizing the new "view friends page by date" feature, I need to go back to January 11 to truly catch up. After that was Arisia, Oregon, moving, and then living without access for two weeks. D: The question is, can I combine "view friends page by date" with friends groups, so that I can filter out all the communities and webcomics and RSS feeds that aren't as important as YOUR LIVEJOURNAL?! *goes to explore*
Good news for you: me being offline has really saved you from some seriously emo posts.
