strange mixture

On the bus home today, there was a German exchange student who looked like a mixture of maximilian_xiii and Piers. I apologize that very few of you know both of these people, but I had no other way to get to those few.

I am becoming more and more obsessed with Lord of the Rings.

A lot of people are going to see it on Thursday... :) I keep hearing offers from all directions, but no one has set plans yet... I'm thinking about setting things up myself, though, and offering an outing to all those interested. I'll keep you informed.

Well, my [tentative] plan for Thursday is to have a sort of movie marathon thing going on. I want to see Star Trek: Nemesis, The Two Towers, and then drive to a museum in OKC to see a re-release of Metropolis, an epic 1920s silent film. I'm looking for people to join in my fun. All are invited. :-)
