Anyone want to see Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow in Boston (or somewhere MBTA-able, like Waltham but not Worcester) tonight? (First dibs go to invader_haywire, second to tpau and learnedax, and then whomever else shows interest, in order. Or we could just all go together.)

Also, en_ki: Let's actually, like, meet at TMBG tomorrow.

Oh my god, how I want to give one of these to my brother for Christmas. Too bad they're $90 after shipping. Perhaps I should make one...

Work just bought me a color deskjet for my own personal computer use.

I'm printing out the MBTA system map to carry around in my backpack. That and schedules for most of the bus lines I use.

Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow

So awesome.

Recommended 4 times over with thumbs up, up and away.

Now, this movie isn't awesome like, say, The Shawshank Redemption is awesome. This movie is... B-riffic. It is camp for the sake of embracing the camp. The plot is exactly what it needs to be. The acting, well... could've been so much better. But GOD! The scenery, the sets, the feel... oh yes. It was good.

Many memorable lines. "Good boy, Dex."
