Amar submitted his resignation last night... we're okay with it. He's got other stuff to deal with this semester and that's cool.

Now we need a bass, though, and an amp. We're going shopping today for one, and if not, there's a few on ebay that look interesting.

Yesterday I took at nap at 3:30, thinking there was no way I'd sleep until band practice at 7. Point and laugh at me. Brendan called at 7:30...

I think I should start trying to make bedtime be 11. Then I'll get to bed by 12 ;)

Those of you who have seen it, will know what I'm talking about.

The white dress with black flowers. Gary bought it for me for my 19th birthday. It was the most wonderful thing he did during our relationship. I wore it the first time I visited Jason, to an "opera" done by some Harvard students. I was going to wear it to the first real Gaea Spore show.

Was.

Somehow, on a dress with a tag that says "dry clean only", dry cleaning ruined the dress.

It's now a white dress with weird black specks and kind of flower-shaped marks.

I will put up a picture of the ruination later. Now I have to go bass shopping.

*sigh*

Not even a picture of me in the dress ever, I think.
At least I didn't spend $200 on it?

So the band goes through a lot of humming and hawing last night, and decides that we're willing to shell out money for a bass, but no more than $200. We'll worry about the amp later. It was a long decision.

So we go out today and buy a keyboard ;)

Actually, we had quite a score today. We're borrowing Lyle's bass and Chase's bass amp, we bought a rather awesome keyboard for $200, and bought the short-scale bass from ebay for $150 (woo!) In May I will probably buy the short-scale from the guys and keep it as my own.

I need to buy a strap, though. Where do I find one of those?

Well it seems almost Trigun time. I don't know how long I will be awake, but we'll see... I'll try...

Oh! My fasting started. Right at 7:30 like it was supposed to. Only water for me!

I guess I'm probably not supposed to exercise tomorrow morning, either.

Time to go. Back later... although I don't know if I will post before bed.
