And a few SCAers.tpau, learnedax, and siderea. I know the first two from dance practice, the latter I've only met once (at Novice Schola) but is the uber-special music-woman, and therefore worthy of friending. Plus, perhaps if I post here that I need Waytes music, she'll make udalrich some copies!
I also, in a fit of desiring to meet new people, did a search for people ages 15-35 who live in Malden. Wrote down a few who looked interesting. Will possibly contact people upon return from vacation. Am I getting too old to have high school friends? They're band geeks...
Actually, I can answer that for myself. I'm probably too old in the sense that I won't be able to stand spending time with them.
BUT if I get myself a high school boyfriend, I'll be able to go to PROM! I can't deny the inexplicable urge I have to get dressed up, put makeup on, and dance to shitty music in a gym somewhere. Perhaps right around prom time I should put up a flier advertising myself as a prom date.
