So the band goes through a lot of humming and hawing last night, and decides that we're willing to shell out money for a bass, but no more than $200. We'll worry about the amp later. It was a long decision.

So we go out today and buy a keyboard ;)

Actually, we had quite a score today. We're borrowing Lyle's bass and Chase's bass amp, we bought a rather awesome keyboard for $200, and bought the short-scale bass from ebay for $150 (woo!) In May I will probably buy the short-scale from the guys and keep it as my own.

I need to buy a strap, though. Where do I find one of those?

Well it seems almost Trigun time. I don't know how long I will be awake, but we'll see... I'll try...

Oh! My fasting started. Right at 7:30 like it was supposed to. Only water for me!

I guess I'm probably not supposed to exercise tomorrow morning, either.

Time to go. Back later... although I don't know if I will post before bed.

you kind of made me want to fast for a day. except it would be a juice fast kind of thing...i'd drink juice and smoothies and stuff. i don't think raoul could handle no food at all.

i think a juice fast would be good. i liked eating only fruits and veggies for a couple of days. that's the closest i've ever come to a fast, i think.

heh, I think you should try a real fast, just to see how it goes. You could always change it into a juice fast in the middle if you can't stand it anymore!
