Also, I keep hearing rumors about Halloween parties, but have received no invitation/announcement of any - can hosters/people-who-can-assure-me-I-can-crash-a-party-and-not-be-hated please clarify?

If you're in the mood, a few of us are driving to NH to campaign for Obama this weekend. Volunteers meet in from of the Porter Sq Shaws at 9am on Saturday and 10:30 am on Sunday.

While this sounds both interesting and worthwhile, I'm afraid I don't have enough issues and facts stored in my head to actually help out. "Vote for Obama, because I like him better than McCain!" :P
