Almost Bedtime

Is six hours a reasonable amount of time to give myself to sleep every day?

Midnight to six. That's what I'm shooting for. Well, not for tonight or in general, Friday nights (band until 1).

6 hours is totally enough to sleep if your day is 12 hours long. my days are 12 hours long. one day i stay up for 6 hours then sleep 6, the next day i sleep 6 then stay up 6. it fools the uninitiated into thinking that i follow their 24 hour schedule. ;)

*laf* Goldbug. I think the older you get the less sleep you need - kids need at least 10, my grandpa sleeps for4-6.. I think in our 20s 8 is good:)

Well I slept for 6 tonight and woke up at 7am just fine... not the usual groan-moan-hit-the-alarm-for-an-hour wake up, but the type where you're awake near immediately. I'm gonna go with it. :)

My life really doesn't have time for 8 hours of sleep.

Fairy nuff - we're all different so whatever works, I guess. If it feels good - do it!
Sometimes I think my problem is too much sleep.. or not getting up the second I wake up - snooze buttons are of the devil;)
