Line rings, I answer, I transfer as another line rings, I answer, I transfer as another line rings, I answer, I start looking up information, line rings, I put line on hold and answer, I transfer, I go back to hold and find information.

It's not that bad. I say the same thing ("Good afternoon, [company name]," and, "May I ask who's calling?" and, "I'll put you right through.") and I have a nice list of extension numbers. It works.

Heh. But there's an obvious flow to it I didn't get to. Of course, I did't have that list of extension numbers, or know where anyone was. But still. heh.
