quickie

All moved in. DSL turns out to be affordable. Must catch bus to get home, then go make bank deposit. Cats like new place, or at least like the window near the bed. ;) My travel alarm clock thinks it must go off at 6:45am, and I can't find where it's packed. Hopefully will have phone service (therefore dialup) ready by tonight or tomorrow.

congrats on the new place! as much of a pain in the ass as it can be to move, there are few things i enjoy more than my first week in a new home. i think more than anything i just love change i supose... but whatever...tell pixel i said hi!

Pixel hid under the bed for most of her first day. Only food got her out :) Now she's out and exploring, but I suspect she's just looking for some way to escape.

Just wait until I clear room to get to the balcony and show it to her. :)

My new house number doesn't work yet anyway :( I called SWB and they said it was set up, and then I informed them that I wasn't getting a dial tone. *sigh* So now they're going to come fix it, but that'll take a few days. And knowing my luck, I'll have to pay for it.

Woo :)....There's nothing like putting that last thing away and knowing you're finally unpacked :) Ok..so you're not quite at that stage, but I hit that stage on the weekend..and then celebrate :)

Only bad part is, my exchange is apparently at full capacity so I have to wait until I can get ADSL :( dialup for me still..and only when my housemate isn't home :(

Heh I have a feeling that the unpacking will last a long, long time. ;) Although, I don't have a very busy week schoolwise, so maybe it won't take THAT long, if I actually get to it.
