And the Kitchen Sink Lasagna
I completely pwned at dinner tonight. It took forever to make, but dear god is it tasty.
"And the Kitchen Sink" lasagna contains: lasagna noodles, tomato sauce, Italian-seasoned ground turkey, garlic, onion, green pepper, eggplant, zucchini, mushrooms, spinach, ricotta, mozzarella, and parmesan. (And 1 egg white and a dash of nutmeg. I dunno, the recipe said so.)
SO GOOD. Recipe called for a 11x7 dish; I used a 9x9. I set aside a portion to bring to work tomorrow, and between londo and I the rest of the dish is going to be gone soon. (There's one portion left, claimed by londo.)
